The WISK rollout spans all major operational departments across four properties:

FIVE HOTEL FZE, FIVE LUXE HOTEL LLC, FIVE HOTEL JUMEIRAH VILLAGE LLC, and FIVE ATLANTIS AG.
Current Systems
Each property includes multiple revenue centers and inventory points, mapped according to SAP storage locations and aligned with their respective POS systems (Micros, Opera, Chi Desk, Shopify, and Hotlync).
Category Mapping
  • Food Costing: Tracked per outlet with recipe-level costing and inter-outlet requisitions
  • Tobacco: Treated as a standalone category with dedicated tracking and reporting
  • Spa: Split into Retail (customer purchases) and Professional (treatment usage) inventory accounts
  • Merchandise: Managed by property, covering both in-store and online sales channels
This mapping ensures accurate cost control, automated data sync, and scalable workflows tailored to each location’s structure.
